A green wool naval aviator's combination cap with a black, patent leather brim, a gold hat band, and the eagle and fouled anchor insignia of the US Navy. The inside has a leather lining and was made by White & White, Inc.

Worn by Lt. Joseph Rudolf Kristufek. Kristufek was a plank owner on the USS Yorktown (CV-10) and flew missions off the Yorktown as an Avenger pilot in Torpedo Squadron (VT-5) during World War II.
