1. What is the minimum number of people required for a group visit?

A group must have at least 10 paid admissions for both general admission and private tours.

2. How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?

Reservations must be made at least 1 week in advance. Final headcount and payment are also due 1 week prior to your visit.

3. How do I make a reservation?

You can easily make a reservation online by submitting our Day Group Reservation form. 

4. What is included in the group admission?

Your group’s admission includes access to all self-guided exhibits, such as:

• The USS Yorktown Aircraft Carrier with 27 historic aircraft
• The USS Laffey Destroyer
• The 3-Acre Vietnam Experience Exhibit
• The Medal of Honor Museum

5. Are there any optional add-ons for groups?

Yes, we offer several exciting add-ons for groups, that you can select from when making your reservation online. 

• Captain's Tour
• Wings and Things Tour
• Flying Circus Simulator and Virtual Reality Rides
• USS Yorktown Scavenger Hunts
• Group Photo

6. Is parking available for buses?

Yes, bus parking is free. For individual vehicle parking, fees are as follows:

• $5 for the first hour
• $2.50 per additional half-hour
• $20 daily maximum
• $45 for a lost ticket

7. How early can we arrive?

Groups are welcome to arrive anytime during our operating hours, which are from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily.

8. What happens if our group is larger than a tour's max capacity?

If your group exceeds the maximum capacity for a guided tour, such as the Captain's Tour, we can arrange staggered times for larger groups.
