9/11 Never Forget Mobile Exhibit (Free)

Time
12:00 am - 4:00 pm

A free, 1,100 square foot, mobile exhibit that honors the more than 3,000 victims killed during the 9/11 terrorist attacks will be on display at Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum May 21 and 22 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  The free exhibit will arrive at the museum accompanied by a procession of Lowcountry first responders on Friday, May 20.

Once opened, New York City firefighters will offer guided tours of the 9/11 Never Forget Mobile Exhibit.  Through the presentation of artifacts including steel beams recovered after the collapse of the World Trade Center, documentary video, and recordings of first-responder radio transmissions, visitors will learn intimate details about the attacks and the ultimate sacrifice made by so many on that tragic day nearly 15 years ago.
