VFW Buddy Poppies

Show your support for veterans with a VFW buddy poppy. Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 10624 and Wando High School JROTC are teaming up to sell buddy poppies in the Vietnam Experience from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. The history of the buddy poppy dates back to 1922. The poppies are assembled by veterans in VA hospitals and sold by VFW posts to support local veteran initiatives. The group will also sell Operation Up-Link cards, which provide free phone calls to military members serving overseas.
