The three-day Festival’s special opening night event, The Kings of Barbecue presented by Sticky Fingers Smokehouse, will include an exclusive screening of The Kings of BBQ Barbecue Kuwait, in which World Champion pitmasters cook up a BBQ feast for more than 5,000 American troops stationed in Kuwait. The screening will be followed by an all-you-can-eat BBQ feast aboard the USS YORKTOWN's fight deck, prepared by the same World Champion pitmasters featured in the film -- Nicole Davenport, Jamie Geer, John Markus, Johnny Trigg, and Tuffy Stone – plus BBQ Champions Paul Schatte and Tommy Houston. The BBQ will also be cooked on site, right on the pier at Patriots Point!
