At 8:46 a.m. a Mount Pleasant firefighter will strike Yorktown's bell and we will observe a minute of silence. Immediately following the piper will lead the color guard and scout color bearers down the pier to hangar bay III. Our guest speaker is Captain Tom Bailey, United States Navy, the commanding officer of the Navy Nuclear Power Training Command.

After the completion of a wreath laying, attendees are welcome to tour Patriots Point.
