U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer South Carolina License Plate

 

Who is eligible:

 

All active duty, retired, and former U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officers.

 

Cost:

 

$60 every two years plus the cost of registration.

 

Proceeds:

 

Distributed to Patriots Point Foundation and used to preserve the heritage of the ships and displays of the Patriots Point Naval and Maritime Museum in Charleston Harbor.

 

Delivery:

 

Available by mail only.

2. Letter of Eligibility may be signed by active duty CPO or Commander of either VFW or American Legion.  (Call ahead to set up appointment).   Acceptable proofs of eligibility are listed on the form.

 

3. MV-37 application for military license plate form and Letter of Eligibility are mailed directly to SCDMV address on the forms along with your check.
