Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum and the USS Yorktown Foundation welcome all Vietnam veterans, and those who wish to honor their service, to The Welcome Home Party You Never Got on April 24th, 2015 from 7:00-10:30 PM. It will be an opportunity to celebrate our Vietnam veterans and thank them for their service to this country.
When our veterans returned from Vietnam, very few honored them. On April 24th, everyone is invited to join us for this long overdue celebration, which will include:
- Live music from the 1960s and 1970s by The Explorers Club
- Barbecue dinner, wine, and beer. Liquor available for purchase.
- Access to the new and interactive Vietnam Experience Exhibit, spanning over 2.5 acres, landside of the USS YORKTOWN
- Free parking
