Description
A long, streamer-like strip of fabric, the commissioning pennant is blue at the hoist point, with seven white stars. The remainder of the pennant is made up of a pair of long red and white stripes. The fabric is particularly time-worn, with the hoist end attempting to separate from the remainder of the pennant.
