It's that time of year! The weather is heating up and there's nothing like cooling down with a refreshing cup of shaved ice. Mr. Narwhal's Magnificent Snoballs food truck will be at Patriots Point from 10:30 AM- 2:30 PM offering more than 100 flavors and combinations, both sweet and sour.
