What are the rental fees?
Rental fees are quoted upon request and based on space(s) used for the event.
What is Included in the venue rental?
60” round tables and white folding chairs for up to 350 guests are included in the rental fee. Set-up and breakdown labor must be arranged with your caterer. Linens are not included.
Additional décor and A/V services are additional costs and must be secured through our preferred vendors.
When can my event start and end?
Evening events may take place between the hours of 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM for a maximum of 4 hours.
How do I reserve a date?
Your desired date will be placed on hold, based upon availability. Upon receiving a contract, you will have 14 days to sign the contract and provide a 50% deposit in order to secure the date. Deposits are non-refundable.
Do you have exclusive caterers?
All catering must be secured through one of our preferred caterers.
Is parking available?
Parking is a flat rate of $15 for all day access. Guests are able to leave and return so long as they are able to show their physical parking ticket or receipt.
Is security provided?
Events with more than 100 people require additional, hired security and must be secured through one of our Preferred Vendors
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is only permitted in the designated area below the main entrance stairs. Propane use and open-flame is strictly prohibited in all indoor space.
Are the venues climate controlled?
Most of the event venues are not climate controlled. The hangar deck is equipped with overhead fans for the warmer months. Heaters are available upon request.
Is the museum accessible for persons with disabilities?
The USS Yorktown has elevator access to the hangar deck and flight deck.
