Frequently Asked Questions

Rental fees are quoted upon request and based on space(s) used for the event.

60” round tables and white folding chairs for up to 300 guests are included in the rental fee. Set-up and breakdown labor must be arranged with your caterer. Linens are not included. 

Additional décor and A/V services are additional costs and must be secured through our preferred vendors.

Evening events may take place between the hours of 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM for a maximum of 4 hours.

Your desired date will be placed on hold, based upon availability. Upon receiving a contract, you will have 14 days to sign the contract and provide a 50% deposit in order to secure the date. Deposits are non-refundable.

Onsite parking is available at an hourly rate. Parking is managed by Palmetto Parking.

Events with more than 100 people require additional, hired security and must be secured through one of our Preferred Vendors

Smoking is only permitted in the designated area below the main entrance stairs. Propane use and open-flame is strictly prohibited in all indoor space.

Most of the event venues are not climate controlled. The hangar deck is equipped with overhead fans for the warmer months. Heaters are available upon request.

The USS Yorktown has elevator access to the hangar deck and flight deck.
