After presentation of the colors, Moultrie students led the crowd in the pledge of allegiance and singing of "God Bless America." Interim executive director Dick Trammell made a few remarks before Mount Pleasant Mayor Kruger Smith assisted by two Moultrie students laid a ceremonial wreath to honor those lost on 9/11.
