YES, We are OPEN! Federal Furloughed Employees Get Discount During Gov't Shutdown

– Patriots Point is offering federal government employees who've been affected by the government shutdown half-price admission throughout the furlough period.  With the presentation of their federal ID card, the furloughed employee and their family will receive the discount at the ticket booth.

“This is a just a small way we can reach out to those visitors whose day-to-days have been suddenly altered,” Executive Director Mac Burdette said.   “While this government shutdown has put a halt on operations to some of our neighboring historic sites, we want our visitors to know we are open and ready for you to walk in the steps of heroes.”
