Who can participate?
Any group of 10 or more. Campers must be at least 7 years old.
Where will I sleep?
You'll sleep where the sailors slept - in bunks on the USS Yorktown! Bunks are divided into male and female berthing areas. Groups must have the required number of male and female adults to accompany youth. Food is not permitted in the berthing quarters.
What is the required leader to youth ratio?
Ages 7-10: Each camper must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
Ages 11-17: Must have one adult leader/chaperone for every 10 campers.
What is the cost for Operation Overnight?
1 Night - $85
2 Nights - $145
Pricing applies to all youth and adults participating in camping experience.
How much is the deposit?
A $250 deposit is required to make a reservation. Reservations must be made at least 30 days before a visit.
When is full payment due?
Full payment is due no later than 45 days prior to the group’s arrival.
Payments must be made in one transaction via credit card. Your deposit will be applied to your order.
Can I make changes to my reservation?
Groups may decrease their reservation headcount up to 30 days prior to their Operation Overnight date. Additional individuals may be added to the reservation up to 2 weeks before your reservation date, subject to space availability.

Are meals included?
Meals are not included in the Operation Overnight program. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, order food for pick-up/delivery, or depart the ship and eat off-site. For meal planning recommendations, read our Meal Options Sheet.
Can we take photos and videos during our adventure?
Yes! We encourage you capture all the fun your group had during your overnight adventure. Feel free to share your memorable moments with us on social, by tagging @patriots_point on Instagram and Facebook!
How is parking managed at the museum for Operation Overnight guests?
Buses should park in our designated bus parking lane and are free of charge.
All other vehicles will be directed to our Operation Overnight paid parking lot, which is a daily rate of $16.45. Each vehicle requires a parking pass and all passes expire at 1 pm the following day, no matter what time you arrive.
